CFOh Yeah Referral Program
You send me qualified leads, I say thanks with money! Win win!
A qualified lead is a business owner who is:
ready, willing, and able to pay for regular, monthly service,
has a team in place (no solopreneurs)
has been in business at least 2 years
bringing in at least $500,000 gross revenue, and
wants to grow
Who can send leads?
Anyone! Are you in my network? A client? Former client? A talking dog named Booboo Snugglepups? It’s all good.

Payment Amounts and Trigger Events
They sign up for a Financial Clarity Assessment.
I send you $50.
They sign on for monthly CFO service.
I send you $100.
(Total sent: $150)
They’re a client for 3 consecutive months.
I send you $300.
(Total sent: $450)
No maximums, no minimums, just math
If you send me 10 people and they all become clients for at least 3 consecutive months, then, yeah, you’ll really be getting a total of $4,500 from me. If you send me 20 people who all do financial assessments but never sign on as clients, you’ll get $1,000.
Caveat 1: If I’m not accepting any new clients, they cannot move through the system. I may pass them on to a colleague, and there will be no referral fees as they are not my client.
Caveat 2: I keep everything on the up and up. You will need to sign an agreement and provide me with any requested financial forms so I can report this income to the USA tax lords.
Caveat 3: First time events only. If they have multiple assessments, sign on, quit, then return, I do not provide referral payouts for any repeat events.
The Sales Process
My sales process has 2 steps.
Step 1: I have a Right Fit call to see if they’re a good fit for me and I’m a good fit for them. If the answer is yes and yes, then I’ll offer to do a Financial Assessment. People who find me on their own pay for these assessments, but with your referral, I provide them a discounted fee ($150 discount as of May 2025).
Step 2: After I present their assessment, I offer them my service. Nice, simple, easy.
They may receive a follow up email, call, or text if they show interest but aren’t ready right now, but I want to work with people who are excited to get down to it rather than tire kickers, so I don’t do a whole lot of chasing.
